Martin Donohoe - Foodservice / Training Development Department
Martin recently joined Martin Food Equipment to head the Training and Development Team and brings with him over 20 years of valuable Retail Deli expertise from his previous role as Deli Chargehand at Superquinn.

Ingrid O'Neill - Senior Development Consultant / Trainer
Joined Martin Food Equipment in 1996, with a background as a Qualified Cook - Trained in Jordanstown, Co Antrim. Personally trained over 1,200 deli retail outlets to date. Ireland's current leading deli-food specialist, focusing on menu development, combi cooking and food safety and hygiene processes. Ingrid is also our Angelito Gelato expert.

Vivienne Foley - Foodservice Consultant/ Trainer
Joined in 1993, with a background in Bakery & Deli Sector. She has personally trained over 800 retail businesses to-date and has fantastic knowledge within this sector. Specialises in onsite training and revisiting customers on site post-training, to ensure their progression and retail success.

Catherine Murphy - Foodservice Consultant/ Trainer
Catherine recently joined the Training and Development team having gained 10 years extensive experience running one of Cork's busiest convenience retailing deli's.

 

Tanya Rice - Turbochef Product Manager
Tanya has developed a cook-to-order menu for progressive operators who want competitive advantage with a gourmet quickserve menu. She has also worked extensively with A La Carte menu development for the Food Service sectors using the Turbochef.
